How It Works:
We break volleyball recruiting into simple, guided steps built around each athlete’s goals, position, and timeline. Helping families know what to do, when to do it, and how to move forward with confidence.
Step Two:
Personalized Plan
In Step 2, we hold a 1:1 strategy session to develop a custom recruiting plan for the athlete, aligned with their goals and recruiting timeline.
Step One:
Discovery Call
A quick $25 call to learn about the athlete, review goals, and confirm the Kick Starter Program is the right fit. The fee is applied to the full package if you move forward.
Step Two:
Personalized Plan
In Step 2, we dive into a 1:1 strategy session where the athlete starts building their essential recruiting foundation, tailored to their goals.
Step Three:
Recruiting Ready
By the end of the 12-week program, athletes are fully recruiting-ready, with updated profiles, confidence in contacting coaches, and a refined college list with clear next steps. Families can then opt into a custom plan to keep the recruiting momentum going.

Amanda Gray
Recruiting Coach
With experience as a D1 libero at Youngstown State, Amanda later moved into coaching at the club, high school, and collegiate levels. At D2 University of Findlay, she served as an assistant coach and recruiter, giving her first-hand insight into what college programs look for in athletes. She also worked as a Recruiting Coordinator for NCSA, helping families navigate the process nationwide.
Jess Gray
Social Media Coach
A former D2 setter at Owens, Jess has spent the last 7+ years in social media marketing, creating content strategies, reels, and highlights for brands, athletes, and organizations. She bridges the gap between digital trends and recruiting, giving athletes the exact tools to get noticed where coaches are watching—online.
